What product is available to purchase?
We have health supplement, beauty skincare and cosmetic, nutrition health beverage and female personal care product. If you are new consumer, you can always call us at 0392009090 for further assistance and information.
What is your product made of? Is it safe to consume or use?
Our health product is made from Seabuckthorn Seed Oil and all products has been verified by Malaysia Ministry of Health. Hence it is safe to consume.
I'm on medication. Can I consume SNE health supplement product?
If you are on medication, please consult your doctor before consuming our product. Your safety and health is our priority.
Where and how can I purchase the products?
You may purchase our products at 5 th floor counter in SNE HQ or you can purchase through our online shop for better shopping experience.
When will I receive my order?
Once order is completed with payment made, we will arrange order for shipment hence do allow us some time for shipping arrangement.
Can I change my order once it is submitted?
No amendment is allowed once order submitted hence do check your order before submitting.
If my product is damage, what should I do? Any refund or exchange can be made?
Our sincere apologies if you face with such situation. We only accept refund and exchange if the product is unsealed, leakage, etc. It is advice to send us photo of damaged product to our SNE Marketing official Facebook via inbox for further judgement. We reserve rights for final decision.
